Pallet Network Delays

The UK pallet network is currently facing a significant HGV driver shortage which is resulting in potential delays across all sectors.

Whilst every effort is being made to ensure orders arrive punctually – and the vast majority of orders are continuing to arrive on time - some customers may experience delivery delays of up to 2 working days or more, with some postcodes experiencing extended delays. Our team is on hand to help and will investigate any delay brought to our attention as quickly as possible. This is an issue affecting not only Decorative Aggregates but the sector as a whole and your patience and understanding is appreciated.
