How to use Graphite Grey Slate Chippings

Graphite Grey Slate is stunning with water, as it brings out the true graphite grey colour, making the pieces almost look black. Grey slate aggregate works very well in fish ponds or with ornamental water features.

The 20mm Graphite Grey Slate Chippings work also well as a mulch for planting areas, as it helps retain moisture and suppresses weeds. It is ideal for lawn borders or raised flowerbeds. The actual size ranges between 5-30mm.

20mm Graphite Grey Slate Chippings can also be used for driveways.

How deep should you lay Graphite Grey Slate Chippings?

For maximum effect, slate is best laid 3-4cm deep, and will lay flat very quickly.
