A deep red similar in colour to house bricks. It’s a crushed granite suitable for drives and ideal as ground cover. This size is alright for walking on on drives but for paths we recommend the 10mm variety. This is the most popular size of Red Granite as the larger chippings give more defined colour and shape especially if used for landscaping areas around plants. Use strong plain colours for best effect. Great with evergreen plants as a mulch. Very classy on drives and different to the usual golden gravels. Also known as Lanark Red. Best layed 4-5cm deep. The actual size ranges between 14-25mm.

10mm Red Granite is also available if you require a smaller size of gravel.
