We do not deliver with hiab or crane offloading. Bulk bag and poly bag deliveries will be made by a kerbside tail-lift lorry to put the pallet as near as possible to where you need it. The ground and road need to be flat, level and solid to use this system. If you have any doubts please contact us for further details. Broken concrete, gravel or sloping ground is unsuitable and pallets may only be left on the roadside at the drivers discretion if he deems it safe to do so.

We operate an easy to follow points system for determining the delivery charge based on the weight and volume of each item. Every product on the web site that you select has a small orange van with a number at the side. eg. 100 pts. This number is calculated and displayed each time you land on the basket page.

The delivery cost is decided by 3 things. Where you live, which day you want delivery and the total number of points in the order. We deliver FREE to large parts of the UK providing your order totals 50 points or more and your postcode is in Zone 1. For Zone 2 and upwards prices start at £10 for 48 hour delivery. Orders must be placed by midday otherwise the order will not be processed until the next working day. We also offer a Saturday A.M. delivery (for orders placed up to before midday Friday) for a surcharge of £40 (Zone 1 & Zone 2 only). This saves you the inconvenience of having to take time off work. Weekday deliveries are made between 8am & 6pm. Although you choose the delivery day please be aware that this is NOT guaranteed, but 98% of orders are delivered on the day that was requested. The hauliers can experience problems on the roads due to unforeseen circumstances which can result in delays.

We can deliver next day (Monday to Friday) if ordered before midday for Zone 1 & Zone 2, otherwise delivery would be on the next working day after. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be processed on the morning of the next working day. The additional charge starts at £5.00 per 100 points of products ordered. Next day delivery is only available in shipping Zone 1 & Zone 2, but this covers the vast majority of the population.

*CAUTION BULK LOADS

Delivery of loose loads is made by large heavy vehicles (sometimes articulated) and need a lot of space and suitable flat, level and solid ground to tip. A full vehicle can weigh up to 44 tonnes and you must ensure the vehicle can access your site. If a vehicle cannot gain access and make a delivery you will be required to pay the cost of transport. This would include the delivery and return charges so please make sure you are 100% certain access is possible.

Loose bulk deliveries are by tippers usually articulated up to 44 tonnes gross weight and require good level hard ground access. We do need to ensure someone is at home on the day to take delivery.

*CAUTION RETURNED PALLETS

Returned loads if cancelled whilst on route or returned due to ground/access conditions being unsuitable for pallet deliveries, will incur a return delivery and re-stocking charge of £50.00 per pallet (+ any zonal charges). Where a delivery cannot be made on the arranged day due to access or unforeseen circumstances we will attempt a redelivery at your request for a charge of £15.00 per pallet on the following day or when arranged.
